Trial Bay Eco Lodges are two architecturally designed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, luxury townhouses, set amongst coastal gardens.

The lodges are only a 600m stroll to Trial Bay Beach. The area offers quiet child friendly beaches, surfing beaches and scenic walking tracks to historic Trial Bay Gaol, Little Bay and Smoky Cape Lighthouse.

South West Rocks town centre, Country Club, cafes and restaurants are an easy walk or cycle along the designated path.

The Pandanus Lodge is named after the majestic Pandanus Palms that grow wild along the coast. Features of this lodge include dark timber and cane furniture, beautiful artworks. This lodges style is reminiscent of the Colonial Plantation houses of the Bahamas.

Pandanus is positioned for maximum privacy and to capture the much desired northern light. Most furnishings are handcrafted from selected recycled timbers and it is superbly equipped for all your holiday requirements. We have included a selection of DVD's, games, novels and magazines for your enjoyment.

Please note that sheets and towels are not supplied however can be hired for an additional fee, please contact our office and we will arrange this for you.

Pandanus' sister property "Osprey Lodge" is located next door so you can rent both for 2 families.

While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our triathlon club has discovered an absolute gem for the past four years. The location of the house is simply ideal, nestled close to both the National Park and pristine beaches. With the convenience of two bathrooms, sharing the space is easier. Not only is the property typically well-equipped, but this year, the owner has gone above and beyond to make it even more comfortable for us. Also, having ceiling fans in the bedrooms makes it easier to sleep during the hot summer month of February.

Reviewer Comments: Rented this directly through Elders as we decided to stay another week in SWR, and both Anna & Bella were very helpful in researching properties for the two of us. This property is in one of our fav areas, turned out to be very quiet and peaceful. Had everything we needed and the photos showed exactly what the property was like. Living space downstairs, bedrooms & main bathroom upstairs. Could park car in driveway. Bed was very comfortable and the windows and sliding doors let the sun and fresh air in. Very clean, comfortable, tidy and had a few extras we weren't expecting ie bikes, boogie boards in the garage (we didn't use)Everything functioned well. We could hear the ocean late at night and birds in the morning. We even had a kangaroo tap on our glass sliding door at 10pm!For the price of rentals in this area, I feel towels/ linen should be included in the price. Would recommend this property and also Elders.

There was no aircon upstairs and it was particularly hot in the arvo and night which made it hard to get to sleep. Is was a nice quiet little unit nestled in the bush on the corner of two roads but if you have small kids just know there is no yard around the property and those roads can get quite busy. But all in all a nice unit with a great kitchen and living area.

Nice facilities
Lovely light-filled purpose built holiday home. High ceilings and fans were great, wooden floors also fabulous. We had everything we needed (apart from listed exclusions as expected). Only dissappointment was the cleanliness of the apolhstery and bedding and poor fittings (blinds and locks). Surfaces were cleaned before we arrived and where spots were missed it was easy to remedy. Generally the house was easy to maintain. A new mop and attachments for the vacuum cleaner would have helped. Probably will opt for different management next time. Nice enough place, overall enjoyed our time.

The property was not very clean, dirty windows mould on fridge, food on cooking utensils, broken shower taps, broken lamps in bedroom . The property is on a corner with no fences, not good if you have children, road was very noisy, had to drive to the beaches.I reported all if this the the rental agency when I returned the keys, to date I have had no contact from them.

Lovely light filled house
Great location only 5 mins walk from the beach. Nicely decorated with light colours, nice open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. Ceiling fans work well and great air flow through windows and doors.

Gorgeous proerty
the location, townhouse and all the facilities are perfect for an ideal holiday. The only issue was the cleaning hadn't been done well in the tub and on the sofa downstairs there was a great deal dog or cat hair. There were no soaps and shampoos which in this type of property I've come to expect. These issues can be easily addressed.
