"Toilet seat was broken. Most importantly the booking by Expedia was not reflected in the hotel register. I had to make frantic phone calls to sort out the issue. I was charged 1000 Rs more since I booked thru Expedia"

"Nothing was available. At 1 AM in the morning, when I landed at hotel by Taxi, I was advised that the hotel is not taking any bookings and is closed for renovations. I had to look for and get an alternate accommodation"
