"The room is pretty new but the surrounding of the hotel is not good. The location is not good, the road connected to the hotel is like a graveyard. The breakfast is not good, very limited items and not tasty. Staff keeps on persude us to eat in the hotel's restaurant, very expensive dinner 40,000 yen per person. "Pro was definitely the location. Quick walk to great beaches. The front office staff was friendly and it was nice to be able to rent a car and bikes right from the property. Con was how dirty the room was. It was so bad we actually made a trip to Daiso and bought cleaning supplies so we could wipe it down ourselves. Ants were all over the room and property too. The whole place just felt very run down which was too bad because with just a little work and a really good deep clean I think it could...
