Good breakfast. Situated in lovely countryside. Lovely hosts.
We stayed one night on our way back to the UK from a driving holiday around Europe and thoroughly enjoyed it. Good food, good company and friendly hosts in a beautiful location.
Wonderful family environment.
We were warmly greeted and although we had not booked a dinner our host supplied us with a sumptuous home cooked meal.
The plentiful deer on the adjacent field added the wildlife feel.
Superb!
Fantastic location with friendly hosts! Our room was large, comfortable (with a fab view of the deer) and a large ensuite with bath and shower. The dinner was delicious - 3 courses - with wine and other drinks available if you wanted it. Breakfast included tasty home made goodies by Steph. This was a great chilled overnight stop.

A good stopover
Friendly family atmosphere
Stephanie and Joaquin so easy and welcoming
Second time of staying and well pleased with everything. This is a family run hotel set in a beautiful area midway between our journey from East Anglia to the south of France. Comfortable rooms of generous proportions and lovely evening meal.
Will stay again.
Unique spot on an estate, with free deer. Castle with a long history. Very hospital welcome ! At night not any sound could be heard ! Vintage like, personal design of interieur. A guarantee for a good night rest !
Ligt erg afgelegen, daardoor lekker stil.
Aardige mensen, alleen mevrouw spreekt Engels. Meneer alleen Frans.

It was rural France at its best,
Beautiful room, amazing home made food, welcoming hosts
A little hard to find, go through the green gates with deer heads on the sides
The hostess, Stephanie, offers a very warm welcome to make you feel at home right away. Though we didn't book dinner, it was still offered (payable extra), and it was great and much appreciated by us. The property is surrounded by a magnificent landscape with fallow deer and other wild animals.
