La Corte del Gusto luxury Villa and Apartments are set in 10 acres in a spectacular hilltop setting in the middle of the rolling Le Marche countryside.

The green rolling Marche hills are the backdrop of the stunning infinity pool, the ideal place to stop and watch the sunset. The pool also has hydro massage jets which will help you (if needed) to relax surrounded by the wonderful nature.

A footpath has been created along La Corte border, prefect for a stroll and when in season fresh fruit and vegetables are available from the gardens.

A villa comprises of 150 square meters of inside area and with a large private garden equipped with sun beds and with 2 separate patio areas perfect to eat outside both of them equipped with 2 rustic wooden original dining tables, a BBq and a fantastic wood oven perfect to cook pizza. Inside the villa there is a large kitchen well equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, an hob and a large refrigerator, a separate dining room with a cooking stove, a large living room with a fire place and 2 large sofas and armchairs with a TV, 2 large bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms both with showers. Robust wooden beams, playful vintage furniture pieces and lovely terracotta tiles add plenty of personality to the interior of this rental.
