"Location is extremely close to train station which makes it a breeze getting in and out of Milan. Staff was nice, apartment had amazing views and well stocked with everything you could need. Only negative would be the limited time for check in. If you don’t make it by the time (we didn’t, our plane didn’t land in time) you have to go around the block to check in/get your keys."

I admit i was a made a bit nervous, by all the coments about how difficult the check in process was and the problems people were having with the QR codes to access the building. But i am happy to say we had no issues. However the online checking form and the contract you have to sign are a bit too much! "If you don't mind not having live people managing a front desk, this is the place to be. Liked that we were within a 15 min. walk to main attractions but was a little bit wary of the first couple of blocks that were residential and full of graffiti. Where I come from, graffiti means not a safe area. The apartment was clean but sad that others before us damaged furniture and left dirt/scratches on walls. It could use fresh paint throughout and mold in bathroom mold grout/sealants removed."
