"Al llegar al hotel a las 17:00 no habían procurado una temperatura de confort en la habitación, hacía más frío dentro que en la calle a pesar de ser diciembre en Soria. La gerente de una manera poco profesional nos atendió sobre las 19:00 y nos trasladó su problema alegando que no podía hacer nada ya que había sufrido un parón su calefacción el día anterior, situación extraña ya que la habitación no contaba con ningún radiador, sino con una bomba de calor y dos calefactores eléctricos ....

"Our room was dark during the day. The lights were very few and weak. In the morning the sunlight didn't let us sleep. The fornitures need an upgrade, the night table was broken and the wardrobe made funny sounds. But the worst was the wallpaper, broken and with many stains. The spa is very limited and expensive for what it is. The rest of the hotel is very nice, the restaurant, the patio and the employees are remarkable."

Nice hotel

"The hotel itself is nice enough and we would have enjoyed the outdoor areas at and near the hotel with better weather. Annoyingly, the bar wasn't open in the afternoon and we noticed quite a number of people waiting when it did open. Strangely, the bar is not accessible through the hotel when the restaurant is closed, needing to walk around the front to get to. There must have been a large party booked in to the restaurant as it was full immediately after it opened so we had to wait an hour and a half for a table. Luckily the bar was open while we waited."

"The castle is a dream. Wonderful place.Stunning .Super clean. Quiet walkable city down the hill. Beautiful rooms. The only bad thing was dinner time. It’s a shame that are so short staffed. It took forever to get food and a long wait (30 min.) to get coffee after dinner. A hotel with this stature should offer an excellent service all around. "
