"We used this hotel at the start of our holiday as our flight arrived quite late. It is very walkable from the airport (just follow the path by the side of the tram), rooms were very comfortable, modern and clean. Good choice at breakfast with very helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay."

"Bien dormi pour une étape pendant notre long voyage. Litterie ok. Service de nuit super, réceptionniste 24h/24h. Nous sommes arrivé à 2h30 du matin. Par contre : Arrivé directement au parking il n’était pas clair qu’il fallait ressortir à pieds et contourner le bâtiment pour accéder à la réception, j’ai dû téléphoner. Douche sans pression, serviettes de bain propre mais avec une odeur que je n’ai pas aimé. Peu de prise électrique quand il est nécessaire de charger plusieurs appareils. Le rideau est trop court et laisse passer le jour sur les côtés et en dessous. Et chambre très petite pour 3. (Couple avec un enfant de 6 ans) un lit double et un petit lit d’appoint. "

"Totally exceeded our expectations, a fabulous family hotel, we are already planning to stay a little longer next time so that we can hang out here and explore Bordeaux before moving on. The only reason it wasn’t five stars across-the-board was because one of the kids beds had three slats missing, which we didn’t find out until the morning when the mattress had disappeared into the bed! we were too much of a rush to report it though, I’m sure they would’ve dealt with it very well, service was excellent with everything else! "
