Welcome to Dolce Casa! The ideal tiny house is located 17km away from Arezzo, in the heart of Tuscany. There is a small town, Rigutino, nearby where you can enjoy all the comforts of home and explore the tranquil neighbourhoods. Hear birds tweet, eat breakfast with sunflower views, or sip a drink while watching as the colourful sunset set before you.
The Space:
Dolce Casa is a tiny house located in Rigutino, 17km away from Arezzo, Italy. A 40 square meter plot with a front garden area surrounded by lush greenery, fresh air, and the quiet ambiance of Arezzo. Arezzo, Lago Trasimeno, Parco di Lignano, and Parco nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi are just few of the nearby attractions available.
A comfortable stay for two adults and two children between the ages of 4 and 12 years old with a queen-sized bed in the loft and a sofa-bed on the ground floor. Complete with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchen, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.

Rigutino is an ideal base for exploring nearby towns such as Firenze, Siena, and Cortona, Italy. Where you can spend a day in thermal baths, wine tasting, hiking, joining historical guided tours, or riding a bike in the beautiful Tuscany countryside.

- Terramira is a newly starred restaurant in town that serves amazing food and wine, making it ideal for special occasions.
- Caffe Vasari and Lievito Indigeno are located in the middle of Piazza Grande, which offers fantastic food, wine, and some of the friendliest neighborhoods in town.

- Dona dei Monti is recommended with highly typical and well-selected food produced by locals.
- Cortona is a hilltop town in Tuscany that served as the filming location for "Under the Tuscan Sun" in 2003.
- Parco di Lignano and Parco delle Foreste Casentinesi are two of the best trekking tracks with stunning landscape views.

There is no need 2WD or 4WD.
Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Don't forget to close the windows and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
Safety Guidelines
- We advise guests to keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft is quite steep
- Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay
- We strictly advise guests to follow these safety guidelines to avoid potential accidents on the property
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our amenities a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
