Excellent property and the jacuuzi was a big plus. The only downside was the outside light on the decking above the hot tub wasn't working. The service was amazing, complimentary water given in the room and one for the road. Would definitely return here, worth being further out of lake como for the views alone.

Everything about this place was great except for the fact that it’s on a very busy road. It was very hard to enjoy our amazing terrace with a hot tub that overlooked the lake due to trucks raging in the background. The staff was fairly easy to communicate with online. In person, their attentiveness and friendliness was just average. Other than that the room and the stay were quite good.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable. Also the restaurant was excellent and good value considering the setting and the high quality. However the best feature is of course the view which is second to none.
