"Recently renovated so no sign of 'tired carpets' or similar: everything immaculate. Possibly denuded of any real 'alpine' feel in the process though. Staff all very polite and helpful. My room had a hoid sized shower room (shiny floor as is so often the case - good job i had flip flops) but the room itself was far from spacious. "This was a great gem in Chamonix area. Away from the hustle of the center of the town but easy access to town and to fabulous hiking in the area. The spa area with free access was amazing. The staff there especially Suzana with her friendliness and knowledge of the area was amazing. Carla & Ivoy were super helpful and great to deal with. Loved would stay there again. "Hotel was absolutely cozy. Super close to the lift. Wish I had known the location better to ski there! Staff was amazing, and helped track down an item I left. Beautiful building and location. Super close to the fun FU bar. You can also easily walk to the mountain for some trails. Only downside is the doors lock at a specific time. That was fine as I was jet lag. Def recommend this location! Breakfast had a lot of options if you chose it. "

"If you are looking for a ski holiday in Courmayeur, I would recommend ski-in ski-out accommodation on Plan Checrouit itself. By staying on Plan Checrouit, you avoid having to queue for the gondola up and down Plan Checrouit, which can get quite busy at peak periods. With certain consecutive day ski passes, going up and down the gondola at night was covered and the gondolas were quite frequent. "Nice staff and had a great room. Pool facilities and views from rooms very nice. A little bit far from town. Longer walk especially with luggage. Plan for a scheduled taxi to take your form town center (Bus stop) to hotel. Distance also makes a bit of a challenge to walk into town for dinners. If you have a car then no issues although parking is minimal in the town center. The hotel is modern and newer so that is a benefit and it is close to the tunnel to Mont Blanc."
