Areas of improvement: The staff is most of the time trying to identify if you are a guest or an intruder, walking out of the property and back is the same thing, stopping you to ask if you are a guest or not. Even having the card key in my hand, they stop you and ask you. When check out they charged you wrongly two expensive dinners, around 600 usd, we claimed and they fromt...

"We had a great stat at Alma! The friendly service at the front desk and upstairs at the restaurant was especially nice. Its summer, and we are used to US air conditioning, so the staff was kind enough to bring us a fan to help us sleep at night. Breakfast was very nice, room was clean, bed comfortable. The views from the balcony were simply amazing!"
