"We (family of 5, 3 teenage girls) enjoyed our stay at this house a lot. It was extremly quiet, as no neighbours were around. The pool as well as the house were clean, and regularly the pool man Kosta came to check on it. The house itself is very spacious, large living room. You can walk by foot on a gravelroad to the beach (5min), where it's not a sandy beach, but the water is just perfectly clean and nice. We also enjoyed other beaches in the area, as well as visiting the archeological sites....

"Very easy to deal with and lovely stay at the unique property. It's located in a lovely part of Greece with the nearby town having loads of great shops and restaurants. The property was clean, well maintained and had loads of space for people to do their own thing. Well equipped to cater for yourself and some of the restaurants also did delivery. Couple of points: Mattresses are quite firm, some toppers available would be good. There was a couple of bedrooms listed that were not either available...

"Villa Thalia was perfect for our multigenerational family The children adored the pool and there were lots of places to sit and relax The view from the upstairs terrace is breathtaking Being able to walk to the local beach and tavernas was a bonus with a well stocked supermarket a short drive up the hill. We visited the beaches In Epidavros as well as visited the ancient amphitheater and Mycenae an easy hours drive away All in all a perfect holiday."

"We had a lovely week in the villa, there were 13 of us and more than enough space for all. The fantastic house is matched by its host - Aris. We opted not to hire a car (potentially a mistake) but Aris arranged taxis for us and even took us shopping! The consummate host. He also recommended and booked local tavernas for us which were fantastic in both the cuisine and the ambience / location. Aris also helped us with the bbq and pizza oven - nothing was too much trouble. A big shout out also...

Mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten, im Schatten oder in der Sonne, ganz wie man mag, der grandiose Pool (Pooltiefe von 1,50m - 2,90m) und sogar eine Außentheke mit Kühlschrank machen das Ausspannen leicht. Kleiner Makel: die Küche nicht ganz so gut ausgestattet und fußläufig sind keine Geschäfte oder Lokale erreichbar. Trotzdem ist es für ein wunderbarer Ort für einen Urlaub."

"Suggest a movable u shaped railing to get into the pool for older people so not to take away from beautiful infinity look. Also bath mats for showers for safety. When you are over 80 you worry about these things."

"We had a lovely holiday in John’s villa. Everything was comfortable, from beds to pillows to lovely kitchen platters/ glasses etc. beautifully decorated and a lovely lady Nevilla to come and help clear up. Beautiful views and pool but take ear plugs as there is building works around the property which start early ( but not for too long as so hot ) a beautiful house all round and a charming host, thankyou soo much for a lovely holiday"

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosa, it had something for all ages. We enjoyed walking to the local beach and bathing/playing in the crystal clear waters. The teenagers enjoyed snorkelling at the sunken city nearby and playing basketball/football near Epidavros harbour in the evenings. The highlight for me was a performance of The Trojan Women by Euripides at the big Epidavros theatre about 30 minutes drive away - a real treat, it even had projected subtitles! "House is in a great location, close to Nafplio and major sites. Our entire family loved the pool and it kept us cool on hot summer days. The rooms were clean and comfortable. "Property spacious. Views amazing and pool lovely. Pool is shared with two other properties, but we had it to ourselves. Almost rates 5stars except for broken hob and dishwasher. Manager knew problem with hob as said it had been fixed before but kept breaking - obviously needs replacing. Not great with a large family to cook for. Dishwasher was also broken. BBQ was also missing racks so only one level to cook at. However, if these things fixed property deserves 5*."
