"The Atlantic is a downtown hotel built in about 1960 that has been renovated cosmetically but has some quirks. There is no AC and no way to regulate the room temperature at all. A phone number is provided to change the temperature. Fortunately we were on the top floor with a balcony so we just opened the door. Being on a busy city road led to noise with a door open.
