"I could write many paragraphs on the Romanos but I will stick to the highlights. It is a very good hotel - perhaps not quite exceptional, but very good in many areas. Combined with the Westin it is large - we went late October which was perhaps fractionally late for sunbathing (though it was about 25 degrees between 11-4 so good for lying by the pool or on the beach) - but perfect golfing temperature. "This is a relatively small hotel, new (built in 2015) and comfortable. It has a small pool which is very well maintained and a pool bar area. The views are excellent, right over the sea and overlooking the sunset. The beach itself below the hotel is not much, there are much better ones a 10-15min drive away but if you want to stay near the room it's ok. The hotel is fairly expensive for what it offers but in this area there are not many choices if you want to stay somewhere nice"

"We were a family of 10 with 2 kids, found this villa very nice, with lovely large bedrooms, kitchen with all the necessities, such beautiful grounds surrounding the villa with many flowering shrubs and olive trees. Our housekeeper Nana was a delight. Always smiling and happy to help when needed. There was a swimming pool and access to the beach . 20 minutes to Pylos and Gialova restaurants were close by.
