"Alberto (employee) changed the package I was promised by one of the hotel employees (that quit her job by the time we arrived) and instead of having a prepared package like promised by her, he just said no it’s not possible that she gave you this. "This place need so much attention on cleanliness, my son and I have to pull out our sleeping bags, so we can sleep better. The room was not dusted in days(weeks)? They had a cat and went right inside the room, thank God we are not allergic to them.
