"A friend and I recently stayed at this property for a girls’ getaway…the property was as described and shown in pictures - but what you can’t see is the calm, relaxing space that Tara offers her guests. Everything was lovely and we cannot wait to return."

I was greeted with complimentary wine, chocolate, popcorn and a lovely sunset over the lake that I could view from windows lining the back of the house. Owner should fix hand rail on deck as it was very wobbly. In addition the bbq grill was covered in grease and caught our burgers on fire the first night. "This home was perfect for our family vacation. The house is so beautiful and modern offering everything we needed and more. The view of the lake is breathtaking. We enjoyed every moment here. "My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this quaint little cabin style house! We enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock. The Trident Marina is only a few minutes away for a quick bite to eat. The house was clean minus a few cob webs here and there and the sheets/towels were clean. However when we went to strip the sheets off the twin mattress the mattress cover looked like it had several stains on it. Overall we had an amazing time!"

"Hotel is in great condition. You can tell they have updated it and did what they could with an older building. For a budget hotel, this is a great place. This was my second stop at this hotel. Comfy bed, clean, spacious, kind workers. Breakfast was blah, very basic…boiled eggs was only protein available. I didn’t expect a 5 star place, but it was great for the cost"
