"Very shabby. Extremely noisy fridge. Walls so thin could hear neighbour snoring. Too much light through curtains, very cluttered room. All over standard dropped from previous stays. Won’t stay again."

"Showers, need a revamp, water is superhot, but shower cubicle is moldy and shower head does not stay upright. Toilet seat needed cleaning on undersides. Staff were great, friendly and courteous."

"We were a group of 9 , the house was spacious set in beautiful grounds. Outside sitting areas were perfect and close to Carcoar and other interesting towns . Recommend highly"

Something out of the ordinary
"Eldest child loves trains so decided to indulge him in a stay here. Host was amazing, train exactly as presented. Delightful and peaceful but not far from town. Would highly recommend when you want some quirky accomodation to relax and recharge at."

Restful Weekend
"Stunning property. Beautiful home. Very comfortable. My only feedback is that there should be more bakeware for the wonderful oven and front door code tricky for those unfamiliar with the system. Beds deliciously comfy. Lots of different “break out” rooms. Enormous yard. We’ll be back."
