Our one night stay was outstanding. The hotel is located very conveniently making the walking tour we did very easily accomplished. Great spot.

Location was stellar, but rooms were just basic (no soap bars or face cloths), no bottled water. Staff was friendly, but not overly helpful. There is no elevator, so guests must lug baggage up a steep staircase one or two levels. Buffet breakfast is ā‚¬16, and it's a good deal.

The room was great - hotel had a wonderful outdoor covered patio for drinks and meals. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The attractions were well within walking distance, as were some very good and reasonably priced restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect hotel to explore the sites

The hotel is in the middle of everything you need to see in the town. Beautiful location and amazing hotel. My wife and I stayed and explored the town walking to all sites from the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh fruit and breads and hot eggs and sausage. Room and bathroom were great

Felt Pampered at the Spa hotel, Best location

The staff was very welcoming. we had one hour spa roman baths for ourselves. The location is great near very good restaurants and all the sites you would like to visit in Arles downtown

Friendly and helpful staff

This was a bit pricier than most hotels on our bike tour of Provence but worth the extra dollars. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of fresh fruit, and in a lovely garden. We also appreciated the bike route advice offered by the front desk staff.

Really lovely place with beautiful views of roman monuments. The only complication is that you cannot drive to the hotel as it is in the historic center - however follow the instructions you get in their email upon reservation - just for the drop off and pickup of luggage the very helpful hotel staff makes that possible! They also offer a great deal on city parking!
