"Stephanie and Eric were amazing hosts! The house was perfect for my husband, daughter and myself. Our week long getaway was just what we needed, even if the weather wasn't the best, we still made the most of it. Poinsett never disappoints us with great fishing. We will definitely be back again! "Beautiful cabin to stay at, great location and very cute and comfy. Host was very kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time fishing from the dock, relaxing by the lake, and the kids loved the private sandy beach to swim and play. The 3 kayaks provided was a big hit with our group. "We very much enjoyed this beautiful property located on the lake. Spectacular sunrise and sunset views. Very responsive and helpful host. We had lots of fun paddle boating, fishing and kayaking. The end of summer seems to be the time for algae blooms and waters were too warm for abundant fish catching- however did get a few walleye. I think we would try spring if we stay again. Lots of gnats and mosquitoes when we went end of September but host had bug spray at the house.home was well stocked...
