"It was lovely staying at the Deer Park Motor inn, their USP is deers, very well maintained and affordable. We and our daughter loved playing with deers and feeding them. Definitely if we are going to come again to Armidale it’s going to our stay."

"Very close to Armidale town centre where park and architectural buildings and churches are around within walking distance. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Easily drivable to a few scenic bushwalking and waterfalls. "

"The only thing wrong was an old outdated television. TV reception was also pretty ordinary. The staff member thought he had fixed the signal issues, but he hadn’t. The signal kept cutting in and out. Otherwise our stay was quite enjoyable."

"As others have previously said , this motel is conveniently placed to shops , hotels ,etc . Very clean , and offers a well equipped kitchen to boot . And , guess what , something that is as rare as hen's teeth these days , a comprehensive brekkie menu . Go for it , a hot breakfast delivered to your front door on time , and totally delicious. "

"A fantastic place to stay. Country setting but 5 minutes from the centre of Armidale. View from rooms of leafy trees and fields is very relaxing. The property is heritage listed and has a very interesting history. Theowners were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless with a great shower with great water pressure. It will be our only choice of accommodation when we next visit Armidale."
