Great property, quiet location.
The property was very nice, could have used more parking but worked fine for our 2 cars an suv and atv trailer. Bedrooms are on the smaller side and no master bedroom w/bath. Nice open floor plan, updated furniture comfortable beds. Good water pressure in lower bath shower, could use updating.

Cabin was just OK. Service was poor.
The cabin was only ok. Extreamly hot up in the loft and couldn’t get it to cool down even with windows open and fans blasting. It had not been cleaned very well upon our arrival. Jewelry, candy wrappers, and a lot of dust bunnies in bedrooms. Lots of nails poking up out of the deck which make for a tripping hazard, we all tripped over them. The fridge leaked a large amount of water inside the fridge all over our food. Less then ideal cookware. WiFi codes were not as listed on the sign in sheet. Bathrooms extreamly outdated and toilets did not flush easily. To top it all off we were charged a $500 smoking inside fee when non of us smoke cigarettes and we definitely would not be smoking inside if we did. We had kids and pregnant woman with us. We had to ask for a receipt 3 times before getting a response and when we did finally get a receipt there was no explanation as to what the additional money was paying for. Will not be staying here again and do not recommend working with the real estate company in charge of this cabin.

Rustic Cabin In Woods
The cabin was well equipped and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable & furniture also very comfortable, along with the super nice dining room table. My only complaints were the Mr. Coffee Pot reservoir was filthy so we never had a cup of java. Rental agency said they would send someone to replace it, but it didn't happen. Also BBQ was very dirty & ashes never dumped. The patio siding door screen, well the screen was missing from the frame. Still had a nice stay.

Quiet, a little far off the beaten path, but everything needed
Linens would be my only suggestion, cabin super comfortable inside.

Fabulous time at this amazing cabin!
Nice, wide, open floor plan. While some of us prepped and cooked in the kitchen, we were still able to have a conversation with the rest of the family who were enjoying the warmth of the fire place in the living room. Beds were super comfortable so we all slept well! Kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, condiments and much more. They even have a bed for our dog, water and dish bowls which were handy too. Game room upstairs was a hit with the kids and the adults. Quiet and safe location. My family enjoyed taking a stroll down the neighborhood at night to do some stargazing. Cabin was close proximity to the Calaveras Big Trees state park where we were awed by the history and the sight of the Sequoia trees. Short drive to Murphys where we spent most of our time. Folks at the rental office were all very friendly and accommodating. Krystal was very helpful and addressed all our questions and concerns promptly. We hope to rent this cabin again in the near future!

Great for large group with dog in summer
The home is good size, and I can see how it has a lot to offer. My situation was that I stayed there with my brother for a weekend during the winter. The main heater did not work, there was a sign on its thermostat saying don't touch. Heat was only via the fireplace which has a thermostat. The temp never got warmer than 63 deg F. My room had the headboard up against the window and cold air flowed down the window to my face all night. I froze. In addition, my bed smelled like dog. I don't have any pets so this, couple with the cold, was annoying to me. My brother was in the next room over and didn't have any problems. The internet worked fine, which is a big item for me. The proper network info is on the router. The people at the rental office were very nice, and I would certainly rent a different home from them. If you have a large group, and a dog, and it's warm outside, this home may be perfect for you.

Wonderful stay in.Arnold
We had a wonderful stay at the cabin- the kids had a good time upstairs with the game room and the adults were very comfortable in their beds. The cabin was well stocked in regards to the kitchen and the cabin's location made snowshoeing at bear valley and exploring Big Trees State Park easy. Thank you!
