"The staff are wonderful, the continental breakfast is amazing and far, far better than anything we deem “continental breakfast” in the United States. The staff let us borrow beach towels to take to the beach, and when we told them we had to leave at 5am for the airport, they packed us a lunch to take on the road with us with sandwiches, fresh fruit, homemade granola bars, and drinks. This hotel far exceeded our expectations and would love to return someday. They truly know what “hospitality” is....

"Great location short walking distance to restaurants & shops. Incredible view from pool area (and from some rooms). Comfortable bed. Safe in one of our rooms was inoperable. Shower heads spray more water to the sides than down. Breakfast was good (but not as diverse or plentiful as other places we stayed furing this trip) Would gladly stay stay here again (but ideally with better shower heads). "

"This hotel is in front of Praia do Peró, next to Praia do Conchas. Words fall short to say that they are beautiful and incredible. In the mornings you can go for a walk or run on the beach. The hotel is beautiful, the food is exquisite. "Horrible wifi only worked in lobby, no hot water, sandy floors, poor service and communication at reception - didn't work well with hotels.com reservation and on top of everything THE SHOWER ELECTRICUTED ME!.. Plus the sheets didn't fit well so they came off while we were sleeping so you woke up on a disgusting overly used mattress.. All that for $100 really?"
