Stunning large contemporary house with hot tub on the shores of Loch Lomond with fantastic views of the water from all rooms. Situated in the national park six miles north of Luss and looking across the loch to Ben Lomond and the mountains beyond it offers an ideal location within the park as a base for a holiday in one of Scotland's most beautiful and scenic areas.

Accommodation is extensive with 4500 square feet comprising on the ground floor of large kitchen breakfasting room, laundry, dining room, hallway, toilet ,large lounge with gallery above, pool table on the lower level. The upper level comprises of 4 en-suite bedrooms [all king size beds] one of which is situated in the gallery and a fifth bedroom with twin beds or queen bed upon request.
There is plenty of storage and wardrobes in all rooms and a large hallway on the upper level. Total accommodation sleeps 10.

Hardwood oak flooring throughout with under floor heating, modern décor, quality furnishings throughout, sliding patio doors from all downstairs rooms lead on to a large deck overlooking the loch, garden furniture and BBQ.

Full SKY PACK with movies/sports and two sky boxes, sound system, 64 inch tv in lounge, 54 inch in kitchen and 42 inch in master bedroom, unlimited broadband, large fully fitted kitchen and laundry,baby grand piano, electric gates leading up a private driveway to ample parking.

Fabulous House
We spent a lovely weekend at Hollybank & can’t fault it at all. Enough space to either spend time in small groups or be together as a group of 8. Very well-equipped kitchen & loved the option for either casual dining in the open-plan lounge or the more formal dining room. Would happily return at any time.

Wonderful Family Get Together
I have travelled all over the world and Loch Lomond is my favourite place on earth. Hollybank House makes the most of the incredible views and was the perfect place for our big family get together before my son’s wedding. The house provides everything you need and more. Amazing stay
We stayed at Hollybank House for a few days before Christmas for my mums 60th Birthday and it was the most amazing experience. The house was fabulous and the customer service was 10/10. We had 4 kids with us and they loved it just as much as the adults. The hot tub was great, the pool table was a hit and the piano was an added bonus too. I highly recommend visiting, we will be back!

Fantastic Private Retreat on the Loch
Hollybank House is just what we were hoping for. Great location on the loch; close enough to go out for a meal or purchase supplies, but sufficiently isolated to make you feel like the whole loch is your own. Big enough to host a large group (we had 10) with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Fine entertainment systems (music and video) throughout. Beautiful furnishings. A truly decent kitchen with plenty of cookware and a cooktop with real fire-power.

Stunning house
We booked to stay at Hollybank for a weekend and it was absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful sitting on the banks of Loch Lomond with the most amazing views. Opening the electric blinds in the morning to see the loch was magical. The house is so well equipped. Customer service could not have been better with any questions we had answered very quickly. Liz was extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect Place
This is a place where splurging a little is well worth it. In fact it's practically a bargain. I stayed a long weekend here with seven friends (to celebrate a 50th) and we were in heaven from the moment we arrived. First, the decor and layout is just spectacular, taking full advantage of loch views wherever possible. Second, from the heated floors to the extra blankets to the storage for the remote controls - every single tiny detail has been planned for and makes the stay so relaxing. You never have to look long for anything you can think of. We had one tiny issue while we stayed there and they took care of it immediately. We never wanted to leave!
