"Our one week stay was fantastic. Ray was very responsive and helpful from the onset.From when we made inquiries,checked in and all the way to the last day of check out.The house was clean, appliances functioned effectively.Thought and effort was put into the interior decor. It's a place we would highly recommend!"
"The condo was clean and spacious with everything needed for a perfect stay. Close to the airport and not far from downtown Toronto. Also centrally located to various shops, cafes and Square One Mall. Communication with the property host was quick and painless. Questions were answered within minutes. I would highly recommend this accommodation. "

"Our family loved our stay. It's close to the mall and other attractions which made it easy for us to be in and out of the apartment most of time enjoy the warm weather so didn't get to spend much time indoors. Great communication with the host."
"First want to say the host was extremely responsive and very detailed for the stay. The place was nice but several things were broken in the condo. The second shower was broken, one of the beds kept breaking, the pull out sofa was a little broken (extremely uncomfortable), the ironing board was broken, one of the bedroom windows was broken. The linens also didn't seem fresh and new. I would have expected nicer bedding for a VRBO and a little more comfort with the sofa and beds. The place was greatly located and was nice but the stay could have been so much more comfortable with the above problems. The host was very accommodating with providing/delivering the coffee maker and did offer to pay for half of a mattress to help the sofa bed more comfortable. It was a holiday weekend we stayed and we just dealt with everything and made the best of it. The place did need a deep cleaning (rug was dirty, sofa wasn't the best and the towels and bedding were old and and a little stained). Also there was a distinct smoke smell from someone smoking. We did enjoy the stay but the place was somewhat disappointing for a VRBO."
"The room is beautiful and the view from the bedroom windows was beautiful. You get to see the sunrise which made for great photos. Overall a great experience and an amazing place that is near everything. Above all I love that their is safety, you need a special key to get anywhere and there is someone always at the front desk. Would stay here again!"
"Could not reach host to get check in details, Arrived in city at 4 pm and could not get a response from my repeated messages. Had to make alternate accommodations as I was travelling with family. Host did finally contact me at 8:30 pm after which I had secured alternative accommodations after arriving at 4 pm. "
