"Great spot by the train station. Room small but nice and clean for the 3 of us. Aircon was great in the heat when we stayed. Staff extra helpful. Cooking facilities were great and not too crowded at meal time. Breakfast in the nearby shared hotel was excellent.. kept us going for the day. Would stay here again. We were 1 adult and a 12 and a 14 year old (girls). Highly recommend."

"The place is conveniently located near the train station as well as the funicular to go to the lake promenade. They are between 5 to 10 minutes walk from the hotel respectively. "We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We loved our room since it had a beautiful view of the city and lake. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge, but unfortunately pots, pans and utensils were not included. We highly recommend this hotel, and whenever we are in Lugano we will definitely stay here.
