"A great property next to the main metro line from termini station a great place to stay and get your bearings in a beautiful city"

"We really liked this property. The appartement was specious rooms clean with balcony and small kitchenette. The only inconvenience is that the property is far from Rome city centre you have to walk about 10 minutes to take the bus to Laurentina and then take the train to the centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"Fantastic apartment, huge rooms, two lovely bathrooms, all facilities catered for including washing machine and dryer. Three teenagers with us and it was perfect for eating there and close to the Metro and attractions. Cannot fault it at all and recommend to anyone."

"Villa Patrizia provided a wonderful stay. Charming and comfortable buildings. Simone was extremely helpful the entire time and could communicate with me in both Spanish and English since my Italian is very lacking. "This property is quaint and gives you an idea of how locals live in Rome. The property is on 2nd level, no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up. Great host Communication. I would stay again. Close walk to everything and a great restaurant below the apartment. My only complaint is the air fresheners since I am asthmatic strong air fresheners cause me an issue. We just put them all in one room and closed the door. communication."

"We were here for 3 nights and enjoyed this prime location. The apartment is great and relatively easy to find. Our host met us and oriented us to the apartment and building. The location and number of beds worked great for us. Only things to note is the shower pressure is pretty non existent and finding parking was a pain at times. But a great place and would recommend. "The stay in the hotel was good . I like the room was modern , service was good . Many people complained about noise but I stayed at 4th floor I can barely hear noise but I guess if you are in lower floor you will feel the noise . The breakfast was fine . The only complaint i have its about hot water , the hot water is inconsistent but is not a mayor issue for me"

"This is an excellent "budget" hotel. A short (5 min or so) walk from the Roma Termini train stations, and major attraction are also within a walking distance. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, plus multiple dining options right outside of the hotel. The only con is that the doors are very thin, and since our room was right next to the concierge desk, there was constant buzzing (all guests need to ring the door to enter the building). Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you for offering this opportunity to explore Rome! "

"We chose the Best Western Plus Hotel Universo as it is walking distance from the Rome train station. We were upgraded to a larger room with sofa bed. It suited us very well. The breakfast had a lot of options and staff was very attentive with coffee orders. We ate dinner one night at the restaurant which served some Roman classics and it was good. Overall, would stay again and recommend this hotel. "
