"I stayed 2 nights here and it was OK but hotel insisted I had not paid online previously even though the money had left my account. So they took it again!! Under a different hotel they own. So they have money for 3 nights and I stayed 2. Unethical use of my card details. Not happy at all. Will be requesting refund from hotels.com. "
