"Overall a nice chalet and a great position in the village, perfect for our needs. Nice kitchen and large living area with good size table. Great to have 3 showers and plenty of storage for 8 of us. Plenty of hot water and heating works well throughout. We would suggest an update to lounge/seating area but perhaps some lounge chairs. Village has 3 good resturants and bars are good. Well stocked Sherpa shop with fresh bread and all essentials. We will recommend to others!"

"We had a great week. The chalet is really close to the lifts which take you up to the La plagne ski area but you can also really easily cross to Les arcs. Montchavin is low so I don’t think the nursery slope in front of the chalet is often open but when it is you could ski almost to the door! "I have stayed in many appts in Aosta, this one was definitely my favourite one. It was very clean, warm and well equipped. The owner, Edda was very kind and ensured we had everything we needed. We were just a small walk from the old town, and 5 min in the car to the gondola for Pila. Would definitely recommend to others."

"We had a fantastic week staying in Giles and Christiane’s chalet just below Les Arcs. The chalet is very well equipped for 8 people with spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and a very nice communal kitchen, dining area and lounge area. The utility room downstairs with washing machine and dryer, plus heated boot rack was an absolute bonus enabling us to have warm and dry boots each day. Communication with Giles and Christiane was very easy and clear and it was nice to meet them on arrival."

"We booked our stay from 6-12 April 2017. Please bear in mind that there are no shops near the chalet. The nearest is in Seez or Saint Bourg Maurice which is a good 20 minute drive from the chalet. The owner told us that the nearest lift is 200 metres away but it is 1km and you cannot walk from the chalet to the lift, you have to drive. Also at that time of year and maybe because it hasn't been the best season, you could go up to Les Arcs 2000 via three slow chair lifts which took 30 mins but it...

"Small studio apartment in a large block, in Arcs 1800. The location is fantastic, ski in/out. A linen rental service, bakery and large spa, as well as lots of restaurants are just outside the door. "We had a fabulous time at PGs apartment, it was close to the local shops, bakery, and loft pass shop. The Cantina Cafe and the Thai takeaway were highly regarded by our group ! It was a very short walk to the slopes or the free regular bus around Tignes. The apartment was very well equipped, and very comfortable for the 9/10 of us that stayed. Balconies offered fabulous views both to the front and rear... And we got lucky with some great snow in late March too! We would love to return. Thanks!"
