"The apartment is nothing like the photos in the ad. It is not even close. The check-in process was not easy and there was no prior communication. When we finally got into the apartment, the dryer was running, the washer was full (I will say the washer and dryer was nice) and there was a bag of soiled linens in our bathroom. The host told me to move it to the hall closet where it stayed through our stay. They had overstuffed the dryer so it ran for 4 hours without really drying anything. The bed...

"The house was clean. There was no bath tub or shower. However, there was a 2 page letter on the table explaining how to hook up a garden hose on an open veranda. No thanks! The street that the house was on laid at an 80 degree angle and walking down to the bus stop was dangerous. Walking back up to the house was exhausting. Getting to the table in the yard that was in the ad was also dangerous due to the unleveled spray of huge rocks that you had to walk on and over to get to it. There was no...
