"The hotel is really nice. All staff, without exception, were fantastic! we had a few very minor issues with things and they were sorted immediately. Reception went to a lot of effort to get us replacement tickets for our train after the our flight to Luxor was canceled. The roof top restaurant is a really nice place to eat, with views of the Great Pyramids, the food was exceptionally good and very reasonably priced. They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. All staff were very kind and protective of me, as I traveled to Cairo alone. My driver escorted me on all my excursions, he protected me from scammers and so did my guide. I was very fortunate...

"A very beautiful hotel right in front of the Great Sphinx. Amazing breakfast and the chief was the sweetest and kind. Front desk staff was very nice and let me borrow their phone charger. I had to go to the airport early at 2:30AM and they packed me breakfast. So kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend it if you want to be near the pyramid. The only drawback is the noise. So loud all night from outside until 1:30AM. "
