The villa is set in a tranquil and cool environment among the centuries-old pines and crystal clear waters. The villa is just a few minutes from bars, restaurants and the characteristic archaeological area of Elea-Velia, an inevitable stop for anyone who wants to learn about Parmenide's homeland. Villa Moscariello has an outdoor shower, parking space, furnished patio, a double bedroom with a comfortable bathroom and a bathtub. A triple room with a double bed and a single bed, a large living room with TV-SAT, a relaxation room, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. A large terrace in the cool of the pines and a characteristic Mediterranean garden that ensures the essential coolness for spending pleasant evenings in the open air. The villa is completely fenced and has a parking space. The characteristic sandy beach is especially recommended for families with children, who will find clear and shallow waters.

Great location

A few simple additions would help such as dish soap and dish towels, salt & pepper, beach towels, pamphlets for activities and sightseeing in the area maybe some board games or a bocce set. The real disappointment was the very dirty white sofa that we did not even attempt to sit on which left us with only the plastic outdoor chairs to use. Some simple inexpensive IKEA furniture would be a great solution. Fresh sheets and towels were great but the bedspreads didn’t seem like they had been laundered in some time. Like the sofa, they too were soiled. We over looked all this due to the incredible location. The beach was more than expected and the property manager Angelo was a genuinely great guy.
