Looks like recently renovated/refurbished so nice looking. Bathroom however had no towel bars and no toilet paper holder. shower bar was really high and curtain barely met top edge. Towels were great- large, soft, great at water absorption. Breakfast was good- really like the cinnamon waffle mix! Thank you to 3rd shift Halloween night staff member Reagan who was very understanding of our late arrival turning into a morning arrival after spending the night with my Dad in Hospice. Convenient location to everything we needed and places we needed to go.

The room smelled of disinfectant when we went in. There was a bug in my sister’s room. The sink stopper in the bathroom would not stay down. Thought the price was too high for this quality of hotel. I would give it a 3.

The hotel was clean and close to the zoo that we came to visit for 2 days . However , the pool was closed the 2nd day of our stay due to cleaning amd that was a bummer for the kids who kust wanted to swim ,the reason why we booked a hotel with swimming pool. If cleaning can take place at night ,it would be better if possible . But the hotel was nice and close to restaurants and the zoo ,which made the trip easier .

Really nice hotel
We needed a one night stay with breakfast. Perfect place. Everyone was nice and kind. Room clean, breakfast hot. If there was a con, no eggs on breakfast buffet but other than that sufficient.

The Staff was absolutely great !!! The propery and buildings its self was very much in disrepair the chairs in the room were briken and could not sit in them the Tv did not work the clock had no plug and the door you would use a keycard to get in was completely broken off and just swung open for anybody

Staff is not friendly, the place needs work.I posted a picture of the room door. We had to put towles under the door, abd this is all there rooms. You can hear everything going on in the halls and they can hear you.
