This unit is on the second floor, there are many steps to access the unit, and the building does not have an elevator. For this reason, the unit is not wheelchair accessible and is best suited to active people and light packers.
Parking is not included but is available nearby. Choose from a gravel lot across the street or a public garage two blocks away (at 164 College St) for $12/day.

This apartment is in an urban area with two nightclubs neighboring the building, so It can be very noisy at night. For this reason, the unit may not be suitable for light sleepers.

Great location and nice accommodations but..
Really great location! Very nice and newly decorated place! Inexpensive parking deck that was very acessible a couple blocks away! All great reasons to stay here! Definitely need to pack light as advised because two flights of old steep steps to get to the unit. And be prepared if you are staying on a Thursday or weekend night. Unit was loud with music from neighboring music venue until 2AM. Either plan to stay out or know you will most likely not sleep. Sound machines and ear plugs are provided but did not really help.
