The staff was nice enough but it was dirty in the room. Dirt on plastic curtain of window, dirt on door( with finger prints) something splattered on lamp shade, tub backed up a little and tv didn’t work the next morning. The chair to sit in was all tore up and fixtures were rusty. Supposedly they’ll be renovating soon, but they need to learn to clean first and foremost. I showed them pictures and they apologized. No refund though or anything. Spend the extra $35 and go up the street a little more.

Our room was super clean. There wasn't a coffee pot in our room and the ice machine up stairs is broken so you have to go down stairs to get ice. The area was a lot smaller than I expected from the pics when I booked but over all our stay was good

Me and my family has been staying here for over 10 years when we return home to visit family . The rooms was in terrible condition both of them had a musty / fowl smell and nothing the staff could do about it . The location is under new management now and it’s went down hill since. Not worth staying here anymore.. what a shame management lets crap go down hill like this . American business need to be owned and managed by Americans not disgusting and dishonest people from different soil. I’m being as nice as I can be .

Wont stay here again!
Check in was slow and it was very run down. Pool has been down since covid. Ice machine was broken. Toilet was literally detached from the floor. And it was very noisy. I’m glad it was just one night.

The hotel isn’t bad. Only problem we had was our key cards quit working at midnight the day we were checking out. Checkout was 11am, we went down for breakfast at 8 when we came back up at 8:30 we couldn’t get back into the room.

This hotel is pretty outdated. The common spaces were pretty unkempt. It made me pretty worried as we walked to our rooms. We booked 2 rooms with our stay. The first room we got to was pleasantly surprising after we walked through the lobby and halls. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The 2nd room was different. When we arrived the door was ajar and lights were on. We cautiously entered to find a room with a hole in the wall between the beds and bathroom in non-working order. It was a strange situation. We requested another room with no problem and the replacement room was fine. Upon walking through the halls a lot of the doors are left ajar. Not sure what that’s all about. Overall this place was fine for a quick sleep in a small town.

The place was old and rundown. The pool was empty and looked like it hadn't been used in years. No elevator and we had a second story room and heavy suitcases. Clerk was disinterested and rude. He gave us room keys that didn't work. Air conditioning was weak. Would never recommend.

From the moment I pulled up to the property I could feel the trashiness. As soon as I opened the lobby doors, I was hit with stale cigarette smoke and another, unnamed stench. Musty, moldy, humid, dirty. Strange men sitting around drinking beer. Strange men in the hallway by my room, sitting on the floor with speakerphone on loud, talking in a foreign language very loudly outside my door for HOURS. Dank and mildewy room with no towels. Very smelly and damp. Refrigerator didn't work. Tv didn't work. Electrical outlet which housed above mentioned refrigerator and TV was pulled out of the wall and dangling by the wires. When even the tv didn't work, the attendant thankfully gave me another room. I was grateful to at least be away from the strange men sitting on the hallway floors. 2nd room did not smell as bad, but still had a stale cigarette smell, even though the hotel was posted throughout as non smoking. There was a hair in my sheets and a giant hole in the shower. The toilet was broken and dirty and didn't flush properly. There was years of filth built up on the floorboards and around the bathroom. Black mold clung to the ceiling above the shower. I have photos if anyone cares. I am glad I survived my stay at the roach motel that calls itself a Days Inn by Wyndam in Ashland KY. I thank God I never have to go back there again!!!
