Der sozioökonomische Status im Viertel ist eher niedriger, die Stadt aber in 10 min fußläufig zu erreichen und auch die Anbindung an die Straßenbahn ist sehr gut. Die Betten sind gut und nachts ist es für die zentrale Lage wirklich ruhig."
