The hotel was cute and very convenient. It was noisy but that was due to construction in the area and not the fault of the hotel. Staff were very polite and attentive, accomodating of baggage and offered tea/coffee on arrival. Def stay again.

If I can give it more than 5 stars, I would. They are excellent in every way starting with their top notch and friendly customer service (24/7), clean hotel, and well maintained rooms. For my fellow American travelers, this is a typical -but an amazing- boutique Parisian hotel with a very sweet and cozy feel to it, very charming, elegant, sophisticated, cute, romantic, and yes… with very small rooms and facilities. But who needs more sleeping space in Paris when we will be spending all our days outside visiting the city? This hotel is literally a walking distance to so many amazing places in Paris (Seine, Louvre, Champs Elysee, shopping, tons of restaurants, metro, buses, trains, etc… you can’t go wrong. We looooooved this hotel so much, loved their hosts, and really enjoyed their customer service experience. We will be back for sure! They made us feel home.

"We chose this property for location and for the advertised spa but didn’t understand that the staff closed it at 5 pm so if check in is 3 pm and you’re only staying one night that’s a very short time in the hot tub or sauna. It’s a beautiful setting and the breakfast was superb."
