"This lodging was ideal for a visit to Ghent. I picked it for its location (5 minute walk from StPieters train station but loved everything about it. Staff was friendly, efficient and very helpful. "Smart and quite trendy renovation of old monastery. There was a cold tap alongside my wash basin but no hot tap. Very odd - perhaps a legacy from monastic times ! Ha ha. I was on first floor and never did find the toilet so I always have to go downstair to the first floor to the toilet. Perhaps there was hot water and a first floor toilet but never found them. "
