"The communication with the host was very difficult. Could not find the place or the host for several hours. Still cleaning a 10pm when we arrive. Advertising 4 adults: it only had one bed room and no supplies (kitchen or bathroom). A very poor experience. "

"The host ignored our emails prior to us arriving and then didn't provide enough information for us to find the apartment (no apartment number or instructions about how to access the apartment), so we were left on the street at 11.30pm with no phone, no way to contact the host and no way to get anywhere else. An absolute nightmare. Thankfully Astana is a safe city with friendly people who helped us find a hotel. I'm still not sure it wasn't a scam but we did get our money back - after we returned...
