Solid 3 star hotel! This is NOT a five star and if you manage your expectations you’ll be fine here. The service is super family friendly (feels like a family run hotel) the physical hotel is looking very run-down and needs a complete paint and repair. Many areas are left needing love. There’s only one bellman and often unavailable, no turn down (it’s on demand they say) and the room has aged and sagging. Windows and walls are surprisingly thin. This is a conflicting review as I like the people here, but someone needs to be honest about the facilities.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Nicky and everyone else were so helpful while I was travelling alone with my 2 daughters under the age of 12.
