Poor quality hostel
Room super small. Fungi in shower. Really humid. The hostel is really old. Breakfast not homemade. The sheet bed are small (half of king size bed). Maybe because I booked a room for one person.

Grand Atakum Hotel Situation
It was not at the standard of 4 star hotel. In the non smoking room,there was the terrible smell of smoking . many of the facilities of broken and useless. Shower head missed, Hair dryer broken. The walls were dirty and full of stains. We decreased our stay from2 days to one day and I'm expected to return back my money.

Clean, good location
It was great experience for 2 nights. Front desk staff were smiling, very helpful. Room services were amazing. The staff really helped me out by taking care of my car, and my luggages and walked me to the room. Kitchen staff were very helpful. Only few things wanna mention are Shower water is slow and weak power, water leaks while taking shower, room floor needs to be furnished w carpet especially during the winter season. Overall was good experience I highly recommend it

Our stay was uncomfortable. The rooms with the sea view do not really have the decent view. There is a highway at the front of the hotel which causes lots of noise. the only pleasant thing with our stay was the staff at the restaurant.

hotel looks pretty but rooms are not that much. they look old and need repairs of some furnitures. bed was comfortable and clean. i liked the breakfast . stuff is helpful. u hear voices easily from the road or the other rooms so this is not good all the time . also price is a bit expensive for all these service.

nice to see samsun, turkey
Nice place but a bit noisy because the hotel is on a main road. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful but you need to speak Turkish.

Очень хороший отель, дружелюбный персонал, несмотря на языковой барьер ребята на ресепшене подобрали номера идеально под нашу семью, спасибо большое! В номерах чисто, бесплатный мини-бар, чай-кофе тоже в номере. Отличный вид с балкона на море.

4 yıldızı hak etmiyor.
Otel genel olarak yıpranmış ve renovasyon gerekiyor. Banyolarda ciddi bir temizlik sorunu var. Otel yönetiminin bu konuyu ciddi şekilde ele alması gerekli. Odalarda duman sensörü olmasına karşın kül tablası da konulmuş. Özellikle kaldığım 2. odada çok yoğun sigara kokusu vardı. Yatak çarşafı delikti. Muhtemelen sigaradan yanmış. Havlular çok eski ve yıpranmıştı. Odadaki her şey sigara kokuyordu. Buna karşın personel ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim. 2 günde 3 farklı oda değiştirdim. Son odam nispeten daha iyiydi. Kahvaltı fena değildi.
