Hotel is in a lovely spot nearby every attraction! Check in was quick ! They give you a code to enter the building! And your room ! Rooms come with balconies! I had an urban studio! Athena studio was smaller than expected! I Room walls are thin you can hear folks in the other rooms ! There is a laundry room downstairs! You have to pay in euro coins ! Breakfast is ok but same thing every day ! Staff members very polite and front desk ! Hotel is very affordable for what you pay in Athens ! Not bad but not great ! No air conditioning! An ok stay !

Guest relations non existent, you are made to feel like a burden and there is a snobby service that makes you feel very unwelcome. Location is amazing but there’s loads of places closeby that are fantastic! Particularly the (non greek) staff members were very poor in their roles, there was one greek woman we met before we left fortunately and she was lovely

The proximity to the Parthenon was great! The sports bar down and little restaurant down stairs were both good and bad. Nice to have an easy place to eat, but truly a sports bar. Fun, but lots of noise. The employees at both the studios and restaurants were all very nice and helpful. Our studio was a penthouse with rooftop deck. We had a little birthday party up there. Very pleasant and beautiful Parthenon view.

Truly enjoyed our stay at Athens Studio. Clean, comfortable, with friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was nice as well. The location was also perfect. We could walk to everywhere we needed to be. There is also a fabulous restaurant across the street that has great food and great prices. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed for 3-nights before a cruise so we're carrying sizeable luggage. Here is my honest assessment of this hotel: 1. Location is ideal if you want to explore the areas near & around the Acropolis - w/o taking a bus, train, taxi, or even in Athens. The Acropolis Museum and the Parthenon are just a few meters away -- main reason we chose this hotel in the first place. We missed them in 2022 & 2023 but not this time around - we explored the nearby areas also & took our time inside the Acropolis Museum & the Parthenon - knowing that our hotel was just nearby! 2. The entire hotel itself is clean, We had a balcony room on the 4th floor. Check-in was fast & a keycard was issued -- just to turn on all electricals inside. The door can be opened by a code (not via the keycard) issued upon check-in. There's also a security door (also with a code) to enter the property - nice security feature! 3. The elevator (like most in Europe) is small. Could fit probably two big luggage & one person. Could fit 4 persons (no luggage) - but cramped. 4. Free breakfast is included in our booking but the menu (scrambled egg & sausage in a bowl, bread, coffee & some spreads for the bread. Catsup seems hard to come by) stayed the same during our entire stay. We only had the free breakfast once & just settled for the morning coffee the rest of the day. There are restos & bars nearby for all budgets. 5. Space inside our room is limited but the balcony is big - but no spectacular views.

The location is good for access to the sights in the city, most are walkable within 30 mins. The property is good but a little run down. The cleaning team work very hard to keep it tidy. The team doing the daily breakfast also work hard to provide food and drink. The associated businesses seemed good, our booking included a wine tasting at the bar, sadly the opening times we're meant to be from 12 to late each day but it wasn't open when we tried to go so we missed out. Our booking also gave us a bottle of wine, however it was on a upper shelf in the door of the fridge and fell out when we opened it, smashing on the floor, not the best start to our stay. The laundrette was convenient, make sure you have plenty of change, coin operated, €10 for wash and dry. Overall a good stay, but could be a little better.
