Our cozy, newly renovated cottage is within steps of UGA's campus, 2.7 miles from Sanford Stadium, less than a mile from downtown Athens, and a mile from Five Points. The cottage is the perfect place for game days, college visits, wedding guests, or a weekend getaway to the Classic City. Complete with fire pit and new landscaping, the large backyard is perfect for outdoor entertaining and tailgating before games.

- The large, front bedroom is nestled with two queen beds and a futon.
- The other bedroom is furnished with a large, king-size bed.
- All beds have new mattresses.

Full Kitchen
- The kitchen is furnished with a coffee maker, microwave, gas stove and oven, refrigerator, dishes, glassware, pots & pans, etc.
- Basic items such as coffee, tea, sweetener, salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc., are provided.
- The house has full-sized appliances in the kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer which makes the home appropriate for any length of stay.

Guests will receive a keypad code the day prior or the morning of their reservation date.

A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
