Welcome to our spacious 5-bedroom home! This inviting retreat offers ample room for your entire group, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. KITCHEN: Full equipped with all basic necessities

INDOOR LIVING: flat-screen smart TVs, living area, Foosball Table that converts to dining table, spacious bathrooms

GENERAL: Washer & dryer, Towels, linens, complementary toiletries & soaps, air conditioning, keyless entry.

Guests will receive a door code the day prior or the morning of their reservation.

A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
