If you are looking for a property that is clean and serves a great breakfast with a view, then this is the place for you. Step out of the entrance and you are already in the middle of vibrant eating and shopping lanes. Close to the train station. Would stay here again.

This is a delightful small boutique hotel located on a tiny street in the Psyri neighborhood in Athens. The rooms are small, but very clean and nicely appointed. The breakfast provided is very good and is served in the bar/cafe area on an upper floor that offers a nice view of the Acropolis which is especially pretty at night. We found the staff to be warm, welcoming and helpful, especially Maria who was very helpful and friendly. The street in front of the hotel is very narrow, so taxis are not able to drive up to the front door. Fortunately, they can get within about 10 meters of the building. There are a few steps (8 to 10 I think) to climb from the street to enter the building, but once inside there is a small elevator to the rooms and the reception area located on the third floor. The hotel is conveniently located in the vibrant Psyri neighborhood offering many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. It is also within easy walking distance to the Acropolis and other important sites as well as nearby Metro stations. We enjoyed our stay there and would not hesitate to return someday or to recommend it to friends.

It was a great stay! The area of the hotel could not have been better, because all of the most popular sightseeing places are within 10min walk. Lots of restaurants around in the tiny streets/alleys. Breakfast was amazing and portions are really big. A bit of a buffet services for coffee/tea, porridge, oats, pie/cakes and then your main food you can choose from the restaurant menu.

The hotel was very clean. The receptionist was very welcoming and assisted whenever it was needed. They also provided recommendations of things to do throughout the city. The room was very clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in Athens. It's a nice walk to the Acropolis day and night.

The staff is very responsive and anticipated our needs - providing a baby crib, proactively helping us arrange a transfer to the airport (we required a larger vehicle traveling with a large group). Excellent value for accommodations at a competitive price. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our Greek language skills were very limited and our taxi driver had difficulty finding the location, but the receptionist was contacted by phone who facilitated our locating the hotel successfully. Breakfasts were well above average fare.

Perfect little spot within walking distance of the Acropolis and other ruins. The area around the hotel is full of flea market shops and small local eateries. If you are taking lots of luggage, it may be difficult to maneuver on the streets around the hotel and in the elevator, but we made it work! Very nice cafe on the top floor as well.

The property was in a great location, close to Monastiraki square! The Ancient Agora and Psirri square. The staff was very helpful and accommodating but getting to and in the hotel was difficult for mobility impaired persons, narrow alleyway and stairs up to hotel.

We stayed one night in the room with the fantastic view of the acropolis on our private patio. We ordered take away and had drinks and dinner there as the sun set. The room itself was large with many amenities. There was even a view of the acropolis from the shower. The room was very comfortable, and we wished we had stayed longer. A few blocks in one direction the neighborhood seemed a little iffy; in the other direction it was a vibrant, interesting, neighborhood, especially at night.
