New construction farmhouse in desirable Five Points!

This beautiful, brand new home sits on a corner lot in Five Points and is only minutes from Sanford Stadium, shopping, eateries and the UGA campus.

**ALL windows have woven wood shades. Installed after most pictures were taken!**

This charming two story home, with an inviting wrap around porch, has room for the whole family and is an entertainer’s dream! Featuring five spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, this farmhouse style home offers plenty of space for you and your guests to relax in and enjoy.

The floor plan features a large open concept with the spacious, fully stocked kitchen overlooking a dining area that seats six, as well as a large living room with TV. Additionally, there is a cozy breakfast nook off to the side of the kitchen that seats five. You will also find counter stool seating at the island and a little kids table that seats two.

Solid wood floors invite you into every room. You will find two bedrooms on the first floor. The first floor master bedroom features a king bed, TV and large bathroom with a walk-in shower and garden tub. The first floor guest room features a queen bed and large bathroom with walk-in shower.

The wooden staircase leads to a spacious, upstairs landing area and three additional bedrooms with their own large bathrooms. The upstairs guest bedrooms include two queen bedrooms (one with a twin bed and pack n play in the oversized closet), and one room with a daybed with pull out mattress coupled with a twin over full bunk bed with trundle. Upstairs also offers a bonus room with a large sectional sofa, TV and foosball table; a great space to hang out and watch college football or your favorite movies.

Additionally, you will find a gas grill on the back porch for game day cookouts and more!

Great for large gatherings
Rented for graduation the home is new and had plenty of room for us. Kitchen well stocked needs more serving dishes if plan on cooking. Great yard for hanging out. Five points location little misleading you can not walk there. Overall was great until we left and called that we left a bag they said could not locate it when we knew where it was

Best managed property and perfect for a multi-family stay
The property was greatly managed and clean. We were impressed by the quality of the property and its cleaness. All the supplies at the property were proper for the stay. One point to make was that the garbage disposal at the kitchen was not available but it was manageable with the food screens that were provided. The temperature of water for the washer can be adjusted for better experience.

Best VRBO house ever. Every room has a full bathroom. The open den/kitchen/dining area made cooking and gathering so fun. The best part is that the house is so very insulated. We did not hear the crying baby at night or people getting up at different times. The yard was perfect for corn hole. Worth the rental.

Perfect fit for our family
We came from California for my daughter’s graduation & this property was a perfect fit. Could’ve slept a lot more people. Our favorite pArt was that every room had its own bathroom. We had no contact with the property manager the whole time- but the only thing we needed was toilet paper ;)

Wedding Wonder
We stayed at this beautiful farmhouse for my oldest son's wedding and it was amazing. The house was so spacious and the updated renovations were beyond expectations. We had 6 adults and a 5 day old infant and all of us were very comfortable with each room having an on suite bath and all of the options for gathing and sharing meals. The corner lot and backyard were great for "porch sittin". Brittany was great for working with us. Would definitely recommend.

Football Fun!
Our group of 8 adults and 4 teens had a fabulous weekend at the Farmhouse. The house is well located in an upscale neighborhood and close to all things Athens. We enjoyed the large kitchen/living area and all the comfy beds. House was clean and well appointed. We look forward to booking again soon.

Spacious and close to everything
Awesome home with tons of space and bathrooms galore! Anyone staying may want to bring toilet paper and paper towels as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner. Other than that, a great home in a great town.
