Ισογειο διαμερισμα γωνιακο 52 τμ μεσα σε κηπο με μεγαλα δενδρα και λουλουδια .Απεχει μολις 80 μετρα απο την κεντρικη παραλια της Σαρωνιδας και 100 μετρα απο την κεντρικη πλατεια με καταστηματα super marketκαι οτι χρειαζεται ενας φιλοξενουμενος.Ειναι σε κεντρικο σημειο αλλα και ησυχο στο καλυτερο σημειο τησ Σαρωνιδας.Το σπιτι αποτελειται απο τρεις χωρους.Εναν ενιαιο με σαλονι και κουζινα με ολα τα απαραιτητα.Ενα χωλ με το μπανιο και ενα μεγαλο δωματιο. Ολα τα μερη του σπιτιου εναι λουξ. Ειναι ανακαινισμενο απο την αρχη σε ολα τα μερη.Στον εξω χωρο εχει ευρυχωρο μπαλκονι με επιπλα κηπου .Ολα τα επιπλα και τα ηλεκτρικα ειναι συγχρονα .Εχει ηλεκτρικα ρολλα συναγερμο.Στο σαλονι υπαρχουν 2 καναπεδες που γινονται διπλα κρεβατια .
