"The pool was heated and perfect, lots of outdoor dining. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the ala carte restaurants were fair, my husband was sick after eating prawns at the main dining room. Lacked space to walk outside safely. Too close to downtown but more suited for business travel. "

"I had an amazing room at the end of tha hall- I think it was 316? Huge room with separate living room and kitchen area. To be clear- the kitchen consists of a microwave and pot to make tea or coffee and a small refrigerator. All came in handy for my 7 night stay. My biggest issue was the AC was not great. After 2 nights of sweating overnight I finally went to the front desk to see if I could change my room. ROBERT was quick to help me get another room. He gave me a couple other options and I settled on the room directly above mine- 416 (I hope I have the room # right - it’s at the very end of the hall and provides a great view of both sides of the hotel). The AC was better but I think they set it at 72 as the coldest. I would’ve preferred 70. Sorry to say, but in the summer this AC would definitely not work for me. Everyone here was SUPER friendly! Starting with the security folks! Levi (pronounced Levee) was awesome! Charles as well. I wish I could remember the names of the ladies at security as they were amazing as well. In the restaurant Gail was exceptional and Ian was always smiling. These folks made me feel so welcome! Sammy was one of the first people I met after seeing Robert at the front desk…the best bartender ever. I got to the hotel- after traveling 24 hours with no sleep and the bar and restaurant looked closed because the lights were off. Sammy turned the lights on and served me a couple shots of Tequila!! I have arrived in AFRICA & everyone was amazing!!"

"Beautiful 5-star property with huge rooms, excellent service, and complete with outdoor pool and a big gym. Has a nice spa and outdoor restaurant as well. Unlimited water bottles is very nice. Located in downtown area. Breakfast buffet is a bit expensive but was well worth the cost as many food options are available. Staff are all extremely kind. Would definitely recommend. "

"The food was amazing, the service was even better. Very comfy bed, a nice gym and steam room, and rooftop restaurant and pool. Best airport hotel I've been to. But of all the great things about it, it's the staff - they go above and beyond, and are the most friendly people."

The attention to detail from setting up a surprise in our room for our honeymoon, to remember our names and recommending areas to go. Incredible time. "
