"Very difficult for parking but not only this property sinceはは it's in central. We stayed with kids and mini dog for 9 nights and loved their interior and enough space to feel comfortable. "On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. Room was noisy at tines with main villa door being shut and people coming in and out also dog being left in next door room. The restaurant staff didn’t speak English. "Great place with wonderful views. Road to get there was a little rough but we managed fine in our van. Could really do with better air conditioning as the room on the top floor was uncomfortably warm. But great outdoor area for socialising with a bbq. "I certainly enjoyed my stay at Rossmarkt Haus. It is located right in the central area right next to the Black Church and the Christmas market. I was able to walk to most of attraction sites. I also had an option to choose between a hotel buffet and a la carte breakfast. The room was so cozy and warm, and the bed was comfortable to ensure a good night’s rest. I appreciate their warm hospitality. "

"Hotel was excellent, right outside of Old Town square. Only thing id say is the mattress was very firm and there was no elevator, so if you have large luggage that may be an issue. Very minor things though, id definitely recommend staying there!"

"I loved it here, had a lifestyle suite which was brilliant. Everything was really really great, the staff so kind and attentive and the food wasbrilliiant too. The spa is excellent and had a brilliant spa evening. I can highly reommend. Its a bit of a trek from the old town but nothing a very well priced taxi cant fix."

"This hotel is historic and has cool details, and is located very close to the old town square. The bathroom was clean, the breakfast buffet was ample, the hotel is pet-friendly, which is a bonus for me, and the staff was friendly and helpful. If you forget to reserve parking at the hotel in advance, there's a Regina Maria parking garage 10 mins walk away. My only negative was that the bed wasn't the most plush...it was just a thin mattress. But I was exhausted and slept fine regardless. "
