I would nor rent anything from these people
We were told at the very last mi ute that the property we rented was flooded and they were going to put us in a different property in the same area. Now it wasnt far from our original property but we rented a property with in walking distance of the battery for a couple braves games. The new property was not at all close to walking distance. It took over an hour to get inside the house once we pulled up because we were givin the wrong code. There was 3 grown adults on this trip and house only had 2 bed and 1 very uncomfortable couch. Place was falling apart, and was not at all what i thought i rented. Overall extremely disappointed with these people and this app

Stay away from this host!!!!!
We were to check in at 5 pm with a confirmed reservation. By 5 we had not received check in directions. Sat in car for over an hour trying to message the host...NO response to phone calls, texts or emails. At 6 pm, we received an email was canceled due to some "maintenance issue". We were sitting right outside the apartment building door and no one bothered to speak to us in person or by phone. No consideration of our 4 hour drive to get there, or where we would stay that night on a busy major league baseball night. Ended up being late for the start of the game! HORRIBLE communication and RUDE treatment.

Convenient Location and nice amenities, but stops there.
Apartment is nicely appointed, but building it is in is not clean. Several bugs inside apartment, even kitchen cabinets although unit appears clean. Very late check in and early out, but this is stated in details. Manager would never/or could not provide gate code for access back in from street coming back from Truist Park. Kept stating there is a fob in unit, but gate required a code, not a fob. Felt they had no idea about the property. Sent message at checkout about issues and never got a reply. Much better choices in the area. This has potential to be a really nice and convenient place to stay.

No communication.
I chose the place due to seeing a concert at the Coca Cola Roxy theater, I get to the condo by the address on the listing, try to find it and reach out to the property manager asking for directions. It took them 15 minutes~ to answer me, to be told I was being put into another condo 15 minutes away. Extremely angry that i wasn’t communicated, or even ASKED if that was relatively okay. I ended up having to spend extra money on Uber rides for a group of 4 people that i didn’t take into account originally, and we were also towing a trailer and needed to know the parking lot situation beforehand. Also, under the master bed was a large ball of hair that wasn’t picked up, and random food in the spare room. Overall extremely unprofessional, stressful and aggravating.
